Colored visual references (pictures/images) must be provided. Do not expect me to work with only just text written descriptions provided as reference

You will receive a screenshot of the sketch to look over and it will need your approval before I move on to finish the commission.

You may request screenshots of WIPs and ask about the progress of the commission, as long as you are respectful and patient of my time and do not badger me about it.

When you receive your commission, you will get a version of the artwork without a watermark for your own personal and private uses.

I will only start a commission if I receive payment upfront. For commissions priced at $100 and over, I will start the commission if I receive 50% payment upfront and I will only finish the commission if I receive the remaining 50% payment after I have finalized the sketch of the commission.

All prices are PER CHARACTER. Prices listed are base price and can change depending on complexity of the commission.

The Base Price may decrease or increase depending on the complexity of the commission + how much time that has to be spent drawing it.

I may increase the price depending on the prop(s), effects, and such.

Please don’t try to use this as a way to haggle with me, though!

When the commission is finished, you can ask for changes/edits to be made. Up to 3 Minor edits will be free of charge, but major edits will cost extra

I am not accepting commissions with hard and last-minute deadlines.

The turnaround time can vary greatly, considering I currently have a part-time job as of this version of the ToS. Please allow a maximum of 3 months at most for me to finish the commission just in case.

I will email you the PNG files of your commission to the email you listed as your contact email. Be sure to save those images on your own device/cloud storage.

Commissioned Artwork is for personal use only (icon,banner, character reference) and be properly credited wherever used.

Unauthorized use of commissioned artwork is forbidden. This means you may not vandalize it, repost it, resell it, use it for commercial use, claim it as your own creation or steal it. As an addition to this, you may not mint/turn the commissioned artwork into an NFT. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with NFTs, cryptocurrency or any other blockchain-based technologies is strictly prohibited. As well, the artwork should not be used to train AI or used for AI generation.

All rights to my artwork are reserved. Also, I may display any commissioned artwork on my portfolio or use it to promote myself on social media or anywhere online, unless the client explicitly states for the commission to be private and not to be posted online.

I will refund commissions if I cannot under any circumstance finish the commission on time (more than 3 months) .
